Gabriela Aguilera Vallejo trained as an actor at, and holds an MA from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She has worked mainly in theatre, as well as in film and television. Her theatre credits include: Las cosas que nunca tuve (The Things I Never Had), Versos de Ciego (Blind Verses), and Condicional (Conditional). Her film and television credits include the films Lucía and Violeta se fue a los cielos (Violeta Went to Heaven) and the television series Ramona. She works as a voice teacher in drama schools and has throughout her career as an actor developed an interest in the interaction between words and music onstage. Since the year 2001 she has been a member of the musical theatre group Pink Milk. Casandra, Sandra is her first work as a playwright.
